I think of all the many ways we stay healthy, that we care for ourselves…
We do many things…sleep deeply, eat healthy food, exercise—move our bodies…
What the most important thing is the work we do on our minds. Our cells want and know health and balance. The clearer our minds are, the more our cells can find their way to balance and health.

Tip 3: Use your senses to help you get present NOW..
Tip 4: Relax into what is happening NOW
Tip 5: SLOW DOWN
Tip 6: Focus the mind, empty the mind…
