Advanced Strain – Counter Strain

I have intense clarity right now. I feel safe and strong like anything is possible.

I feel rooted in myself at the end of the session and in a “perfect position to float”.

I feel together at the end of the session. My ankle is looser and all seems to become one. There is a peaceful feeling coming through.

This touch transcends

I felt like there was a “soul scrubbing” and it felt very safe and protected and covered in white gauze.

I feel like a greenhouse whose glass has been cleaned, inside and out, now the windows are open and light is coming from within. My energy is high, my pain is reduced and my spirit has been touched.
